Every place leaves its impression on our memory. 'Impressões' is a series of imprinted memories. It's just like a holiday journal. When I visit a place there are strong elements that characterize it. I collect stuff to work as imprinting material, a piece of wood, a fruit, a stone... and then I use them as a stamp to create a colour pattern that depicts those elements.
